Benny Vaughn, Nationally known massage therapy educator with 40 years of orthopedic massage therapy experience, a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with sports medicine experience at Four (04) Olympic Games, recently pointed out: “Quick Self-Fixes could mean the difference between winning a Medal or finishing 4th.

Dr. Clay’s Quick Self Fixes are amazing. I do my fixes every day and my body feels clear and balanced for my yoga practice. As a teacher of yoga, I see their valuable use for students working with chronic aches and tensions that are not remedied by proper form alone. The fixes bring online the intelligent strength of what was previously inaccessible. I know therefore they would profoundly support all forms of disciplines and sports. I can’t recommend Dr. Clay’s work enough! ”     – Gina Minyard, E-RYT 500, Co-Director and Senior Teacher at Yoga Collective, Director and Instructor of BODY of LIGHT Yoga Immersion & Teacher Training

“I have been a patient – and a big fan – of Dr Cam Clay for over 20 years. Cam’s work is careful and intentional. He pays attention to your words/complaints/aches. That, coupled with his  incredible understanding of the way our bodies actually work creates a powerful combination. Cam gets to the root of the problem and fixes it. I have been to other chiropractors who are good, but they are not Cam. In over two decades, his work has never disappointed me (and who can say that about most doctors or truly, almost any relationship 🙂 Cam’s chiropractic adjustments move bones that need moving, relax muscles that need relaxing, and always make me feel stronger, healthier, and experiencing less pain. He has never hurt me because his adjustments are calculated and purposeful. Additionally, his adjustments “hold” longer than other doctors I’ve been to. Beyond all of that, Cam is kind and funny and a joy to be around.”      -Betsy Kulman

“I have known Cam for more than 15 years and have always enjoyed his classes. His work and teaching skills continue to get better and better. Once again, I have learned more than expected. I highly recommend this (Thai Massage on the Table) class.”      –Stephen Warren

“Two patients went on and on about how much better their feet are feeling–just after one session of Happy Feet! Then I realized that it was a year ago this week that we first came to your class and learned the Happy Feet protocol/Master Fix. We put it to use right away, with great results. Well worth the time/investment. Thanks again for your work!”   –Vince Campbell, DC

I met Dr. Clay in 2007 when I visited him for an issue I was having with my knee.  He was the only doctor, out of many that I had seen, that was able to make my knee pain go away.  Better yet, it wasn’t him that actually fixed it, he showed ME how to fix it myself!  He called it a “quick self fix,” and invited me to come study with him to learn more about these “fixes” that he had come up with.  I agreed, and upon my first class with him my mind was blown and I was instantly hooked!  I HAD to learn more…it was AMAZING!!! I had a personal training business in Atlanta, GA at the time where I was constantly working with people who needed help with their bodies in more ways than just fitness.  In studying this work with Dr. Clay for more than two years, my toolbox quickly became filled up with the most valuable information I could ever ask for.  As I became well versed in the world of Quick Self Fixes, I was able to help my clients stay healthy along with creating an edge for myself in the fitness world that no one else had!  I felt like I had stumbled upon gold. In years following I became involved in CrossFit.  It quickly turned into a passion and I am now the proud owner of CrossFit WestCo, my very own CrossFit gym in Grand Junction, CO.  Without Quick Self Fixes I would not be able to say that I personally have remained injury free for the last 5 years, allowing me to compete at the regional level multiple years in a row.  I have been able to share this work with my coaches and other CrossFit friends, and as a unit, we have been able to help our CrossFit community learn how to keep their muscles strong by performing Quick Self Fixes on a regular daily basis.  People, and especially CrossFitters, absolutely love the fact that they can do things on their own to feel better and keep their muscles strong.  As a whole, the entire gym performance has improved and injuries are few and far between. Everyone should know this work, especially coaches and trainers who are working with people using their bodies on a regular basis.  I am forever grateful to Dr. Clay with discovering this work and creating a simple, easy to learn book and DVD that people can follow along with. It truly has changed my life, and the lives of those I am involved in.  Thank you Dr. Clay! ”      –Kristen Tucker

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Camden Clay for about 10 years. As an aerial dancer, I put a lot of stress on my body and with the help of Dr. Clay, I have managed to stay injury free for all of these years. At the first sign of any tweak in my shoulders, as a shoulder injury is the “death” of an aerialist, I come see Dr. Clay and he always manages to pinpoint the source of the injury and set me on a trajectory to quickly heal myself with his methods. I send all my company members to him, that’s how much I believe in his practice. I give much credit to Dr. Clay that at age 41 I am still able to perform at the same level I was at 31 and 21, maybe even stronger!”   – Nicole Mermans, Aerialist

“I use the quick self-fixes created by Dr. Clay daily. Not only do I use them for my own athletic performance but also my clients. Most commonly I will see an athlete performing a movement with a dysfunction that leads to them being uncomfortable. Often times when a client will squat they seem to be leaning to one side and the hip fix corrects this imbalance. Similarly when the clients have barbells above their head, the shoulder and clavicle fix correct many of their upper body imbalances. Throughout the week I notice that between work stress and lack of sleep my clients bodies take a toll and the quick self-fixes prepare their body for the physical demands of the workout they are about to endure. I also find that the quick self-fixes act as a corrective exercise for my athletes sitting at their desk all day. I am fortunate enough that I spend all day moving but on the other hand my clients spend all day sitting. Sometimes when they come into the gym they look like they are still sitting in their chair while they are walking. I give them appropriate quick-self fixes so they can realign and perform optimally. I find that using these fixes not only allows the athlete to appear more balanced when performing movements but also allows better and more complete muscle recruitment. Often times the clients will begin to feel different muscles engaging giving a sense of complete muscle function.”   – Lyndzey Dare, Competitive gymnastics instructor, Olympic weightlifting instructor, CrossFit instructor

Who knew that one’s feet could feel so good while walking? After going through Dr. Cam’s “Happy Feet” program, your feet will feel strong, flexible and almost “springy”. For some years now, when I ran it felt like I had bricks on my feet. This procedure fixes that and makes my feet function like they are supposed to function – like they did when I was young! Thanks, Dr. Cam!”    –W. Dale Winship

Amazing and so informative! I’m grateful for this workshop which has empowered me to keep my feet and body, healthy and happy.”      –Emma Alley, Yoga Teacher

Amazing class! It really makes a difference in your feet! Amazing teacher! This is something everyone needs to know!”      –Nanette

My feet felt flat and tight at the beginning of class. My gluteus muscles were very tight and I was experiencing slight sciatica. At the end of class my feet were light and lifted and the sciatica pain was completely gone. Amazing!”        –Dana Miller, Yoga Teacher

As a dancer, this course was entirely beneficial and as I soon found, necessary. By the end of the course, my feet felt so much better and the self-fix is something I learned very quickly. I plan to incorporate this foot quick fix in my daily routine. Thank You!”      –Victoria

”  Dr. Clay’s “Self Fix” clinic is life changing. As a full time Athletic coach and trainer with numerous certifications, I can not emphasize its value enough. Thanks to his system of muscle testing and corrections, I am able  to assess, recognize, and correct  movement asymetry/imbalances, joint impingement, and tendinitis anywhere on the body in less than 15 min. The chronic aches and pains limiting my performance as well as the performance of my clients have been remedied, and we can pursue a higher level of fitness without concern for previous limitations. I studied exercise physiology at CMU. I excelled in my ACSM and CSCS courses, and have also acquired crossfits level 1, gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, coaches prep, and mobility certifications. I have been coaching for 9 years, and am a student of the process. I have yet to find a more beneficial skill to practice than Dr. Clay’s process of “self fixes.” If you Crossfit, you owe it to your self, and your community to attend this clinic. I suffered from chronic tendonitis, or tendinosys of the shoulders preventing me from being able to improve on snatch and overhead squats. Although stretching, and mobility work helped, it wasnt growing into a permanent solution. Even when I was able to achieve the movements pain-free, as soon as i added load, the soft tissue in my shoulders would become inflamed. This reaction would consistently cause significant pain for several weeks affecting my performance in many other movements such as jerks, muscle ups, and push-ups. Cam’s clinic addressed the issue that the muscle and connective tissue in my shoulders had not been tracking properly, and several muscles would simply not fire because of it. By applying his simple “self fixes” I am able to reset my muscles to tracking properly and allow them to break the habit of chronic inflammation they are accustomed to. ”   –David Weaver

I have been in pain everyday since 2000. A drunk driver hit me 3 days after my high school graduation. I had multiple neck injuries and severe bruising. He hit me on the drivers side. I became a massage therapist and have worked in this field for 15 years now. In 2012 I had to have a diaphragmatic hernia repair (transverse colon, stomach, spleen, and left kidney were all in my thoracic cavity pushing on my left lung which was collapsed. I had open surgery to fix the two holes in my diaphragm. This was not congenital and I have always suspected the impact from the drunk driving accident may have caused it and it didn’t show up till later. In 2014 I had to have a ventral hernia repair (caused from weakening of the open incision). In December of 2015 I fell ill and had to have my gallbladder removed in January 2016. I suffer with neck, shoulder, arm/wrist pain and numbness, migraine headaches, lower back, knee and feet pain constantly for the last 16 years. Three weeks ago I attended a Targeted Muscle Testing and Quick Fix class. I was so excited to see Dr. Clay as I had him for a teacher when I attended Atlanta School of Massage in 2001. I started using the quick fixes everyday.  I have had NO pain since. I have been able to do everyday life without the struggle of pain and discomfort. If I feel something begin to feel out of place, I do my quick fix and then I am all set. I have had much more energy and a more positive outlook because I know that I am doing all I can to be proactive in my wellness care. I’m trying to stay together in order to take care of my family and my clients. These simple yet effective fixes are a game changer in bodywork and self care. Every bodyworker needs to know this and every client needs to be taught this self care. I look forward to also adding the Happy Feet routine to my self care. Thanks Dr. Clay for your hard work and dedication to your work and thank you for your heart to share it with others. ”     –Kayla Hicks

I have been training in various martial arts for over 45 years, not to mention 10 marathons and 15 triathlons. Age and mileage eventually and inevitably took their toll on my lower back, hips, and knees. I met Dr. Clay at an Aikido dojo. He showed me what was wrong and how I could fix it myself. Dr. Clay is the reason I am still able to train every day.    –Lynn Seiser PhD MFT, 4th Degree Black Belt in Aikido

Your workshop at Yoga Collective was time well spent!  Also, the companion DVD and book have been extremely helpful.   On Saturday I started a new class and was so pleased to be able to offer tips to students who asked questions after class.  I prefaced by saying, “I am not a therapist but this is something that has helped me.”  Without your workshop, I would not have had the quick answers.  Thank you for providing this support!”    – Lynn Kelly

This is seriously so cool!  Thank you for sharing with me.  I really feel a connection and passion to doing this for people.  It satisfies something in my soul.  I appreciate you sharing your knowledge so freely.  I grasped it because I was taught well.  I’m so happy I took that class, and can’t wait to do more!”                 –Jemmi  D’Amico

“I have hereditary degenerating arthritis because of growing older. I am experiencing changes in my body that I don’t like because I have always been active. I have been a morning person since I was born, the problem when u have arthritis is, that getting up in the morning & getting out of bed can be very painful. I suffer from lower back, neck and sciatic pain. With the Quick Self Fixes techniques I learned from Dr. Clay, I have been able to feel better and better every day. I love having a massage of any kind. But I highly recommend the Thai Yoga massage, Dr. Clay is the BEST. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to have been referred to him. Since I am doing my Quick Self Fixes on my own, I feel I have my pain under control. I control my pain, the pain doesn’t control my life! Dr.Clay is a wonderful person, very caring of my aches & pains, the times I have been treated by him, I come out feeling with a new body…Thank you so much for helping me Dr. Clay.”      –Martha Lugo , Yoga Instructor

“I’ve known Camden for many years. He is the best chiropractor out there, as well as an amazing person overall! I have extremely tight fascia and scoliosis that has caused other compounding issues. Camden knows the human body, body mechanics and structural dysfunction, like the back of his hand. I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past and he’s the only one I trust now. My only sorrow is that I wish I could see him more. 🙁 Anyone who is interested in learning more about keeping your body functioning at maximum capacity, should definitely try out his Quick self fixes classes as well.”     -Heather Pippin

“All I can say is wow after the scoliosis camp Dr. Clay held. I’ve had scoliosis for many years and as a result have a lateral pelvic tilt. Dr. Clay is awesome for having this camp! He was able to guide a future practitioner to correct my scoliosis in a matter of minutes. My pelvic tilt was significantly improved also after being adjusted. So happy I had the opportunity to be a part of class. If you’re looking for a great chiropractor he is it.”       -Konnie

“I am a Certified Personal Trainer in his 60’s. I had been experiencing neck range of motion issues and lower back pain. I visited Dr. Clay on a recommendation of my massage therapist. He demonstrated a few quick fixes which gave me some relief instantly, and provided information on the complete series of quick fixes. For the next 4 weeks, I performed all of the quick fixes 1st thing every morning. I am now pain free, have full range of motion, and have been able to return to my regular workouts without restriction. I also successfully tested as a member of the “Our Strong Club”. I have made the quick fixes a part of my daily routine.”       – Phil Greeves
